Surrounded by Palms, and nestled on the far corner of of a 3-acre multi-residential property, the Palm Palace is a 600 sqft studio that can accommodate up to five people.

Shaped like a yurt but built like a house, staying here is exotic and adventurous, yet homey and comforting.

Light and bright with more windows than walls the Palm Palace invites you to fall into the moment, soak in views of the spring feed pond, bathe in the sweet tropical breeze and follow your heart to… a hammock, the beach, the mountains, or to connect with the ancestral lava rocks waiting to be discovered in the Banyan Grove.

The Palm Palace is TV free with high-speed Internet available for streaming and getting work done if and when needed. This large studio features a queen bed, queen size top bunk, single bed in the entry foyer, and a single daybed that can be converted to a fourth bed.

Centrally located between the famous Sunset Beach and the hidden Kawela Bay, this area has it all: Beaches hug mountains, farms border five-star resorts, and food options are so affordable, authentic and diverse that cooking becomes obsolete.

The winner must contact Don Ross to arrange the dates of the stay. Some dates may not be available. A longer stay may be possible for an additional donation. Total value includes 7 night stay, fees, and taxes. The winner must pay a $400 refundable damage deposit. The vacation week must be used by end of August 2025. Black out dates: 12/20/24-1/2/25.
